THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS
Come for an evening of film and reflection on how people in tragic conflicts respond with forgiveness.  Commentary by Thich Nhat Hanh, Elie Wiesel, Marianne Williamson and Thomas Moore.  Examine situations in Northern Ireland, the Amish country, Beirut, the attacks of 9/11, family members of a murder victim and his murderer.

Plus a scientific look at the effects of forgiving and not forgiving on health. Directed by Martin Doblmeier, director of "Bonhoeffer." 7PM in the Guild Room at the Good Counsel Convent at 52 N. Laughter is a built-in stress management tool for relieving tension and improving immune function and its fun!  Presentation by certified laughter coach, Dr. G. J. 10^th Annual Divine Compassion Golf Classic
